Ogden, Utah dates March 30, April 6, April 8, April 13, April 15, April 20 all 7pm-8pm

Moscow, Idaho April 14, April 15 6:30-7:30pm (Please communicate with a friend to also register so that we have 2 players of equal size to pair with each other)

Idaho Falls dates TBD

Players will learn how to properly give and receive hits along the boards, how to angle properly, how to have their head up and understand where the majority of hits will come from. There will be a ton of repetition, instruction and limited puck use on the first sessions. We will slowly get all players accustomed to hitting and by the end, they will work on drills with limited time and space where they will work on full contact and separating the player from the puck.
